The world of 2023 is a much different place than it was just 10 years ago. Environmental issues, supply chain issues and public health issues have combined to make a world that is very expensive to live and do business in.

Property Insurance costs have exploded over the last decade. Insurance providers, in general, are paying more for weather related losses with larger frequency. In other words, the wind blows harder today than it did in the 90’s and it happens more frequently. The more intense the storm, the more damage that occurs, the more claims that are filed.

Auto Insurance costs will also increase this coming year. Insurance providers are paying more than ever for auto claims. Since we have gotten back on the roads after the pandemic, frequency of accidents has increased. The rates that were reduced during the pandemic will increase now that roads are full again and the number of accidents has increased.

Recent news leads me to believe the supply chain issues are not behind us. When the cost of parts explodes and wait times for parts increase dramatically, you have very expensive delays and a very real spike in the cost of repairs.

COMBINE AUTO & HOME INSURANCE

Savings of between 5% to 20% can be achieved by placing both your home and auto insurance with the same Insurance Company

ANNUAL MILEAGE FORMS.

Great saving can be achieved if you drive under a certain threshold of miles during the policy year.

CENTRAL STATION BURGLAR & FIRE ALARMS.

Large saving can be achieved if your house is protected with an alarm.
